The Founders
Ananya Dutta
Founder and Creative Director
The backbone and the creative director of Sanskriti, Ananya Dutta heads the organization along with two other founders. She has created and directed many renowned shows of Sanskriti including Colors of India Trilogy, Bharatvarsh, Utsav to name a few. She is an eminent singer, a loving mother of two and works as a Delivery Manager at Accenture.
Ayon Chakraborty
Founder and Creator
Creative in nature, one of the founders of Sanskriti, Ayon is involved in the creations that we do within Sanskriti all the time. He is a writer, a content creator and a digital media designer. He also manages the PR part of the organization. Some of his creations include Gandhi...ek Soch, Tagore's Arch of Noah and Song of Saraswati.
Subroto Dutta
Founder and Operations Head
Subroto is currently heading the organizational operations of Sanskriti and he is one of our founders. Subroto handles finance, logistics, accounting and other operational tasks within the organization. He is the one-stop solution for all the organizational challenges within Sanskriti.
