Bollywood Dances for Adults

Bollywood dancing is for everyone from all walks of life – whether you’re a seasoned dancer, never danced before, older, younger you’re sure to find fun in Bollywood dancing. With all the style, fun and energy that comes with this form of dance, no wonder  it enables you to keep your mind off your troubles and also acts as a full body workout.

Bollywood for Kids

This course helps the kids to grow a love and knack for dancing. Helps them to learn Indian music. Age between 3-10 years are welcome for this course.

Bharatnatyam & Creative Contemporary

Bharatanatyam is an artistic yoga for revealing the spiritual through the corporeal.The dance form is an amalgamation of Bhava, Raga and Tala which is an excellent blend of grace and perfection!

Kathak

Kathak dance is a whole body exercise, creates awareness of your own body postures,  sharpens your sense of rhythm, improves concentration span and is an excellent relaxation technique. It's an experience you will enjoy thoroughly.
